Boarding and meal start
The ticket window at the Port of Otsu will open at 17:30. Please inform the counter of your reservation details. Guests with meal reservations will board the ship at 18:00 to start eating. (Mooring operation)

Departure of the Michigan Cruise. You will be able to see the beautiful sunset on Lake Biwa! Please enjoy the view from the ship's windows while having a dinner time for talking.

From the Sky Deck on the 4th Floor of the boat, you can encounter a panoramic view of Lake Biwa. The beautiful night view creates a romantic time!

The Michigan is full of photo spots. The ship has an extraordinary theme, with gorgeous interior including luxurious carpets and chandeliers that any photo you take can turn into to a piece of art. You can see the wheelhouse in the tour room, which is popular with children, and look for the “hidden heart mark” hidden on the cruise ship, which was recognized as the first sacred place for lovers in Japan.

During the cruise, crew members called the Michigan Purser will provide on-board information, sightseeing information, and furthermore performing in live. Events vary by season, so you can enjoy different performances at other times of the year.

- <Payment on-site> Otsu Port, Imazu Port, Nagahama Port: JCB, VISA, AMEX, MASTER, NICOS, Diner’s Club, Union Pay, ICOCA, PITAPA, Edy Card, electronic money and QR payments (some exceptions) are available. In addition, transportation IC cards cannot be recharged at the counter, so please recharge in advance. Other Ports: Cash only. On-board Michigan: Cash + PayPay only.
- <Luggage service> There are coin lockers at the waiting room of Otsu Port, if necessary.
- <Customers with infants> We have a room for breastfeeding and diaper changing. For more information, ask the cabin crew or refer to the guide map.
